B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of New, Unused Cars.The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase, In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa).Any Interested Person May Submit A Bid, Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Ppa (Ppzop) And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Notice And Documentation For Participation. This Order Is Divided Into 5 (Five) Separate Items, With Subject Matter And Estimated Quantities As Follows:Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of New Unused Off-Road Vehicles (Pickup) - 8 (Eight) Items;Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of New Unused Off-Road Vehicles - 43 (Forty-Three) Items;Separate Position No. 3: Delivery Of New Unused Off-Road Vehicles (M1 - Suv) - 2 (Two) Items;Separate Item #4: Delivery Of New Unused Plug-In Hybrid 4X2 Cars - 2 (Two) Pieces;Separate Item No. 5: Delivery Of New Unused Passenger Cars Electric M1 - 10 (Ten) Pieces.Option:In Case Of Necessity, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order The Delivery Of Additional Quantities (Exceeding The Indicated Estimated Quantities) Of The Goods, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Until The Maximum Value Of The Contracts Is Reached.Prerequisites For The Application Of The Option: Option For The Delivery Of Additional Quantities Of The Goods Should Be Understood As The Application Of The Contracting Partys Unilateral Right (But Not The Obligation) To Order The Delivery Of Additional Quantities During The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Be Paid At The Agreed Prices. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop).
