Delivery Of Food Products And Beverages For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of Ta Dls-Izvora, Divided Into Two Positions, Namely: Separate Position No. 1 Delivery Of Food Products For Ta Dls-Izvoraseparate Position No. 2 Delivery Of Drinks For Tp Dls - Izvora The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Periodic Supply Of - Food Products And Beverages Under Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2, The Description Of The Goods By Type And Estimated Quantities Is Contained In Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 For Item No. 1 And In Technical Specification - Appendix No. 2 For Item No. 2. Pursuant To Appendix No. 1 Of Regulation No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, The Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements For The Supply Of Food Relating To Organic Food Products Are Specified As The Subject Of The Public Procurement.The Contracting Authority Applies This Requirement To Food And Beverage Supplies As Follows:- In 2026 For Not Less Than 4% Of The Total Quantity Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products;- In 2027 For Not Less Than 5% Of The Total Quantity Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products;The Indicated Quantities Of Organic Food Products Supplied May Be Provided By One Or More Of The Types Of Products Included In The List Of Organic Food Products For Each Individual Group.
