The Public Contract With The Subject Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food For Lunch For The Students Of Full-Day Education From I To Vii Grades Of Su Tsanko Tserkovski Polski Trumbesh In The Academic Year 2026/2027 Aims To Provide Lunches For The Students At The School. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is A Total Of 91,164.50 (Ninety-One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Four And Fifty) Euros, Which Does Not Include The Value Of The Vat Due. The Value Of A Lunch Cannot Exceed 2.45 (Two Whole Forty-Five) Euros Without Vat.The Object Of The Order Is Providing A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.The Public Contract Is Awarded Through A Public Competition On The Basis Of Article 20, Paragraph 2, Item 2, In Connection With Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 12 Of The Law On Public Procurement.The Procedure Under Art. 18, Paragraph 1, Item 12 Of The Civil Code, Subject To The Conditions Of Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Procedure Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 178 - Art. 181 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 18, Paragraph 1, Item 12 Of The Zop, Since Its Value Corresponds To The Threshold Specified In Article 20, Paragraph 2, Item 2 Of The Zop And The Conditions For Conducting Another Type Of Procedure Are Not Present.
