The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out All The Smr And Crr Provided For In The Project, Even If They Are Not Detailed/Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities.The Building, The Subject Of The Public Order, Is Included In The List Of Architectural Monuments Of Culture Of The Ninnk As Dsk, Old Hotel Balkan, Building Of The Former Dsk And Hotel Balkan - An Architectural And Construction Monument Of Local Importance.
