Tenders Are Invited For Exercise Of Construction Supervision For A Site: Replacement Of A Pressure Water Pipe To A Pressure Tank For The Water Supply Of The Town Of Lyubimets - Stage 1

The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities:- Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction;- Preparation Of A Technical Passport;- Preparing A Final Report.In Fulfillment Of His Duties, The Contractor Exercises Construction Supervision Over The Construction Through A Team Of Legally Competent Natural Persons With Proven Professional Experience And Technical Competences Necessary For Carrying Out Construction Supervision Activities. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, The Contractor Should:Draws Up A Protocol For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of The Construction, With A Valid Construction Permit. Within 3 Days Of Drawing Up This Protocol, He Certifies The Construction Order Book, And Within 7 Days Of The Certification, He Notifies In Writing The Municipality, The Specialized Control Bodies And The Regional Directorate For National Construction Control (Rdnsk) About The Certified Book (When This Is Required By A Regulatory Act);Signs All Acts And Protocols During Construction, Which Are Drawn Up In Accordance With The Current Legislation, For Which He Is Authorized To Be A Drafter, Or A Person Who Performed An Inspection, Or A Person In Whose Presence The Document Was Drawn Up;Compiles And Organizes The Submission On Behalf Of The Employer Of All Necessary Documents, Requests, Applications And Other Documents To The Competent Authorities, With A View To Carrying Out The Investment Process Without Interruption;Prepare And Present A Final Report In The Sense Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, Drawn Up In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Smr, Facilities And Construction Sites.The Activities, Within The Scope Of The Order, Will Be Performed In Relation To The Construction And Installation Works Related To The Replacement Of The Pressure Water Supply Pipe For The Water Supply Of Lyubimets With A Length Of About 1,270 Meters.It Is Planned To Replace The Pressure Water Supply With A Starting Point /T. 7/ - Existing Crane Shaft Sk In Pi 03544.115.44 In The Land Of The Village Of Belitsa To The End Point /T. 37/ - Pressure Tank 3000 M3 In Pi 94128.58.666 In The Land Of The Village Of Biser.Length Of The Route For Stage 1 – About 1,270 Mobject Category: I-Th Category.A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
