Preparation Of A Compliance Report And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Through Npvu In Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings In The Town Of Tervel In Two Separate Positions:Special Position No. 1: Ss Zora Buildingseparate Position No. 2: Building Of Ss Consentthe Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Performance Of A Consulting Service For The Preparation Of A Report On The Compliance Of Technical Projects For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Through The Npvu Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings Located In The Town Of Tervel, And For Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Same Buildings, For Which The Service For The Preparation Of The Report On The Compliance Of The Technical Projects For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Through The Npvu Is Applicable. The Construction Supervision Service Will Be Performed From The Opening Of The Construction Site Of The Construction Site To Its Commissioning. The Selected Contractor(S) Will Be Expected To Perform The Following Services:• Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project Based On Art. 142, Para. 5, Paragraph 6 And Paragraph 10 Of The Law On Energy Efficiency, As Well As An Assessment Of Compliance With Energy Efficiency Requirements, Based On Article 29, Item 3 Of The Law On Energy Efficiency For Construction;• After The Municipality Selects A Contractor For The Construction Works Included In The Project, The Contractor Of This Public Procurement Should Exercise Construction Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction, Draw Up And Present All The Required Documents For Starting A Procedure By The Relevant Competent Authority For Putting The Construction Into Operation. Complete Information On The Subject Of The Procurement, Including: Objectives And Scope Of Activities, Are Contained In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of This Public Procurement, As Well As In The Attached Draft Contract.In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employers Requirements, Attached To The Participation Documentation.
