Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is Also The Pre-Project Preparation Necessary For The Proper Processing Of Project Documentation (Targeting, Surveys, Probes, Assessments, ...). Furthermore, Monitoring And Continuous Updating Of The Estimated Investment Costs Of The Construction, Ensuring Restoration Research, Processing A Detailed Construction Organization Plan, Drafting A Framework Schedule For Construction Implementation And Ensuring Complete Engineering Activities (Ensuring Planning Permission, Obtaining All Opinions, Statements, Cooperation In The Selection Of A Construction Contractor, ...). Part Of The Performance Is The Supervision Of The Designer During Construction. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Detailed In The Tender Documentation And In The Binding Draft Contract For The Work (Part Of The Tender Documentation). The Basic Expected Value Of The Public Contract Is Czk 8,000,000 Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract, Including The Reserved Change Of Commitment, Amounts To Czk 10,400,000 Without Vat.
