Ida Ireland Is Seeking To Appoint One Service Provider With The Capability To Manage And Deliver All Ida Green Capital Technical Assessment Services Covered By This Rft. These Will Cover Pre-Investment Technical Assessments And Post-Investment Measurement And Verification (M And V) Assessments.
