Subject Of The Request For Offers To Perform The Tasks Of The National Blood Supply Service, The Conclusion Of A Service Contract For The Continuous Availability Of 1 Fixed-Wing Aircraft Capable Of Taking Off Within 2 Hours And For The Use Of Donor Organs And/Or Medical Teams. Duration Of The Contract The Contracting Bidder Wishes To Enter Into The Contract For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months From Its Entry Into Force. The Tenderer May Extend The Contract By An Additional 12 Months In Addition To 12 Months If The Financial Cover Is Available. The Customer Shall Declare His Intention In Writing By The End Of The 11Th Month Following The Conclusion Of The Contract. (Kbt. § 141. (4) Point A) Duties Of The Winning Tenderer - Ensuring The Continuous Availability Of 1 Fixed-Wing Aircraft For The Transport Of Donor Organs And/Or Medical Teams Within The Scope Of The Contract. It Is Considered Continuous Availability: If The Aircraft Is Able To Take Off Within 2 Hours (120 Minutes) From The Date Specified By The Bidder In The Ad Hoc Order, I.E. The Winning Bidder Can Start The Delivery Within This Period. - Performance Of The Ad Hoc Transport Service In Accordance With The Contract, With Take-Off Within 2 Hours (120 Minutes) From The Start Time Specified In The Ad Hoc Order Issued By The Bidder, According To The Conditions Specified By The Bidder In The Service Contract Or In The Ad Hoc Order Based On The Contract. (The Date Specified In The Ad Hoc Order Cannot Be Earlier Than The Date Of Sending The Ad Hoc Order). - Continuous Availability To Perform Tasks Related To Flight Organization (0-24 Hours A Day). - Maintaining Contact With The Airport Designated As The Destination. The Amount Of Ad Hoc Delivery Services During The 12-Month Period Of The Contract: A Maximum Of 200 Block Hours In Total, Which The Bidder Is Not Obliged To Use. Ak Undertakes A 70% Withdrawal Obligation For The Quantity.
