The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Equipment Of An Investment Carried Out Under The Name: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With External Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Strzelecka In Środa Wielkopolska On The Plot With Registration Number 51/2, Which In Particular Includes The Performance Of Full-Sector Construction Works Covered By Construction Design And Executive Documentation As Well As Detail Drawings For The Investment For Which The Ordering Party Has Obtained A Final Decision On A Building Permit, Which Includes In Particular The Following Works And Activities: 1) Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Accompanying Infrastructure, Internal Roads, Parking Lots, Access Points And Exits From Public Roads, Installations And Networks, 2) Land Development Including Planting And Maintaining Them During The Warranty Period, 3) Construction And Possible Reconstruction Of Networks And Connections Within The Investment Field, And To The Necessary Extent Beyond The Field Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, 4) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit For The Building And Investment Field Covered By The Order. Additional Information: 1. The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 Pzp. 3. The Ordering Party Recommends That Contractors Inspect The Local Property.
