The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E, Including The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And The Provision Of Distribution Services To The Facilities Of Wrocław Airport S.A. In 2027. The Comprehensive Supply Will Be Carried Out In The Period From The Beginning Of The First Gas Month In 2027 To The End Of The Last Gas Month In 2027, I.E. From 06:00 On January 1, 2027 To 06:00 On January 1, 2028, Subject To The Possibility Of Extending The Implementation Period On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. In Order To Complete The Order, The Contractor Must Have The Authorizations Required By Law To Trade In Gaseous Fuels And Be Able To Provide A Comprehensive Service Through The Appropriate Distribution System Operator (Dso), In Particular On The Basis Of A Valid Contract With The Dso Enabling Deliveries To The Ordering Partys Gas Consumption Points. The Order Includes A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Ordering Partys Gas Consumption Points (Ppg). As Of The Date Of Preparation Of The Procedure, Three Ppgs Are Connected And In Use (Tp, Ga And Wams), And Wams Point 3 Is In The Process Of Being Connected And, According To The Ordering Partys Assumptions, Is To Be Included In The Sale In The First Quarter Of 2027. Detailed Numbers, Addresses, Parameters And Consumption Forecasts Of Ppg Are Determined By Opz. The Forecast Consumption Of Natural Gas During The Order Execution Period Amounts To A Total Of 9,755,321 Kwh, Including 9,274,303 Kwh For The Already Connected Ppgs (Tp, Ga, Wams) And 481,018 Kwh For Wams 3. The Ordering Party Guarantees A Minimum Total Consumption Of 85% Of The Forecast Consumption For The Already Connected Ppgs, I.E. 7,883,157 Kwh. Minimum Volume Does Not Apply To Wams 3 Or Additional Ppgs Attached Or Incorporated Into The Contract After Execution. Legal Title To Use The Facility: Ownership/Lease/Use Of Wrocław Airport S.A. Metering And Billing Systems And Technical Parameters Of Individual Ppgs: In Accordance With Opz And The Conditions Of The Relevant Dso. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Is Included In The Draft Contract With Annexes, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Including Additional Ppgs In The Contract During Its Validity Period On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract.
