The Aim Of The Investment Is To Move Transit Traffic Outside The Urban Development Area, Improve The Capacity Of The Citys Communication System, Increase Road Safety And Improve The Living Conditions Of Residents By Reducing Noise, Pollutant Emissions And Nuisance Related To Heavy Vehicle Traffic. The Implementation Of The Project Is Also Intended To Ensure The Efficient Operation Of National Road No. 94 As An Alternative Communication Route To The A4 Motorway.
