As A Result Of The Conducted Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Entrust The Consultant With Management, Coordination, Control And Investor Supervision Over The Efficient And Effective Operation Of The Kismia System And The Continuation Of The Kismia Implementation, I.E. The Strategic Expansion Of The Kismia System (Kismia And E-Katowice Strategy) Planned In The Years 2026-2028 (Kismia And E-Katowice Strategy), Among Others, By Including Other Systems In Order To Expand Its Original Functionality. Full Preparation And Substantive Supervision Of Public Procurement Procedures For New Investments Related To The Expansion Of Kismia. At The Same Time, An Important Goal In The Implementation Of Tasks By The Consultant Will Be To Effectively Enforce From Contractors The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of The Materials Used And The Implementation Of Works, And The Execution Of The Facility In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Within The Deadlines Set In The Contracts With The Contractors.
