The Expected Construction Costs (Net) For Property I (Indoor Swimming Pool/Building) Are As Follows: Kg 200 - Preparation And Development: Eur 70,000.00; Kg 300 - Building - Building Construction: Eur 13,305,000.00; Kg 400 - Building - Technical Systems: Eur 8,395,000.00; Kg 500 - Outdoor Facilities And Open Spaces: Eur 2,205,000.00; Kg 600 - 300,000.00 Eur. The Expected Construction Costs (Net) For Object Ii (Outdoor Pool) Are As Follows: Kg 400 - Building - Technical Systems: Eur 1,850,000.00; Kg 500 - Outdoor Facilities And Open Spaces: Eur 1,635,000.00; Kg 600 - 50,000.00 Eur. A Gradual Commissioning Is Planned. Service Phases 1-4, I.E. Up To Approval Planning, Should Be Commissioned First And Then Service Phases 5-6. There Is No Legal Right To Further Assignment. The Planning Services Are Awarded In Batches. Lot 1 - Planning Services For Technical Equipment (Hls, Electrical And Swimming Pool/Pool Water Technology) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 15 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9; Lot 2 - Structural Planning Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 14 Hoai, Service Phases 1-6. The Subject Of This Contract Announcement Is Lot 2 (Structural Planning). Performance Time: Completion Of The Approval Planning: 6 To 8 Months After The Order Was Placed. The Project Is Supported By Public Funds. Compliance With The Funding Requirements Must Be Ensured At All Times.
