Quantity Deviation According To § 58, Paragraph (1): 30% Of The Contracted Quantity Above The Contracted Quantity (Which Is The Rate Accepted In The Market Of The Subject Of The Procurement And Does Not Prevent The Proper Bidding) In Total: 12,471,354 Kwh The Actual Quantity Of The Procurement Is Specified By Ak In The Bidding Stage(S) For The Bidding Period. Ak Undertakes No Obligation To Make Withdrawals Within The Framework Of The Dbr. A Commitment On The Part Of Ak Is Created Only By The Initiation Of The Bidding Stage(S). Ak Will Make The Exact Technical Description Of The Specific Public Procurement To Be Implemented In The System Available At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. Ak Of The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility That During The Implementation Of The Dbr, At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, For The Specific Procurement Requirement Contained In It - Depending On The Subject And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurements - The Possibility Of Partial Tendering May Be Defined In The Invitation To Tender.
