Railway Construction Works – Rer – Line A And Line B - Framework Agreement Heavy Mechanical Jam Works Maintenance. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Heavy Mechanical Maintenance Work, Adjustment And Geometric Survey Of The Catenary On Lines A And B Of The Rer. This Contract Takes The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Order Type, With A Minimum Amount Of €5,000,000 And A Maximum Amount Of €8,000,000. The Objective Of Heavy Mechanical Jamming Is To Correct Isolated Defects In The Geometry Of The Track Or To Carry Out A More Extensive Correction Of A Portion Of Track Whose Overall Geometry Has Deviated From The Theoretical Alignment (Reference). Tamping Can Also Be Applied To Ensure Proper Clearance Of Templates From Obstacle Limits, Quaysides And Gaps. The Work Is Located On Line A (Minimum 5 Weeks Per Year) And Line B (Minimum 3 Weeks Per Year). This Number Of Weeks Is Not Fixed, Ratp Can, In Planning With The Holder, Provide For Additional Weeks Of Jamming. The Year Of Work Is Made Up Of 2 Phases: - A Campaign In Spring - A Campaign In Autumn The Execution Of The Work Concerns Both The Current Track And The Track Devices And Their Connections To The Current Track. On The Rer Network, Congestion Zones Can Be Located In Tunnels (Multiple Tracks Or Single Tracks) Or Outdoors (Overhead Zone).
