The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of An Independent Public Health Care Facility In Lubartów For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of An Agreement Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 2. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz: 1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is 3,778,426.00 Kwh.
