Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Street Lighting Modernization I. And Ii. Beat. Modernization Of The Active Elements Of The Public Lighting Network In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Baja County, Building Smart/Intelligent Control Based On The Design Plans, Replacing Light Fixtures And Building A Smart System. The Entire Investment Will Be Carried Out By The Municipality - Depending On The Availability Of Funds - In Several Installments. This Public Procurement Notice Applies To The First And Second Phases. With The Completion Of The First Phase, 873 Lamps Next To The Main Traffic Roads Will Be Replaced. With The Completion Of The Second Phase, A Total Of 968 Led Luminaires Will Be Installed In The Újváros Housing Estate, Petőfi-Sziget And Bajaszentistván, Of Which 915 Conventional Luminaires Will Be Replaced With Led Luminaires And 53 Led Luminaires Will Be Installed As An Extension To The Existing 0.4 Kv Network. At The Same Time As The Modernization Of Public Lighting With Leds, The Remote Controllability Of The Led Luminaires And The Remote Control Of Their Luminous Flux And Power Will Also Be Implemented. For This, It Must Be Ensured Through The Control That The Luminaires Are Able To Communicate With The Central Management System And To Send A Signal Of Their Failure To The Central Management System. During The Construction Of The Smart System, It Is Necessary To Perform The Following Tasks: 1) Installation Of Hardware Elements (Lamp Controllers) That Control And Regulate The Lighting Fixtures, Which Also Ensure The Direct Communication Of The Lighting Fixtures With The Central Management System; 2) Installation Of An Online Web Interface (Central Management System), Through Which The User And The Operator Can Communicate With The Lighting Fixtures (Individually And In Groups According To Some Organizing Principle), Make Settings On Them, And Generate Various Reports; 3) Installation, Commissioning And Ready-To-Use Programming Of The Physical Elements Of The System; 4) Education Of System Operators And Manufacturer Support For System Operation; 5) The Central Management System Must Have A Two-Factor Cyber Protection Access Control System. General Expectations For The Luminaire Control Manufacturer And The Central Management System Manufacturer: The Conditions For Concluding A Contract With Regard To The Winning Bidder Are The Following, Taking Into Account The Modernization Of Public Lighting In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Baja: Building A Smart System, Technical Description 4.4.) Based On The Functionalities And Technical Requirements Expected From The Smart System: • Both For The Luminaire Control Manufacturer And The Central The Manufacturer Of The Management System Must Have A Valid Iso9001 Quality Management System Certificate. • Both The Luminaire Control Manufacturer And The Central Management System Manufacturer Must Have A Valid Iso14001 Quality Management System Certificate. • Both The Luminaire Control Manufacturer And The Central Management System Manufacturer Must Have A Valid Iso27001 Quality Management System Certificate. The Lamp Controllers To Be Installed Must Have The Following Properties
