The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From 01/10/2027 With A Maximum Amount Of 3,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, I.E. A Firm Duration Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include Similar Services Envisaged. Grand Besançon Métropole Will Be Responsible As Of October 1, 2027 For The Proper Functioning Of The Drinking Water Network, Reservoirs And Related Equipment Within The Perimeter Of The Gbm Haute Loue Distribution Unit. The Municipalities Concerned Are Cited In The Various Documents. This Dsp Runs Until September 30, 2027. This Contract Aims To Ensure The Operation And Maintenance Of The Drinking Water Network And Its Equipment Described In This Contract In Accordance With The Regulations And These Specifications. Management Of Responses To Dt/Dict/Atu Is Excluded From This Contract
