The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Brand New Automatic System For Passive Analysis Of Radon Concentration In The Air With Equipment And Software, Along With Providing After-Sales Service During The Warranty Period And Conducting Instruction - 1 Piece. The Proceedings In Question Are Conducted Using Electronic Means Of Communication. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Ul. Raciborska 39, 40-074 Katowice). The Cost Of Transport, Insurance During Delivery And Payment Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Code According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary: Cpv: 38341000-7 – Radiation Measuring Equipment 38344000-8 – Pollution Monitoring Device Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots: Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In The Procurement Documents The Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Analyzed The Possibility Of Dividing The Order Into Parts, Taking Into Account Technical, Organizational, Economic And Expediency Aspects. It Was Found That The Subject Of The Order Is Not A Divisible Unit, I.E. It Cannot Be Purchased In Parts. The Description Of The Minimum Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract Determines Its Specific Functionality And Compatibility Of Individual Components That Constitute Its Integral Part, And Individual Modules Do Not Work Independently. Division Into Lots Would Therefore Not Guarantee Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Potential Supplier Must Guarantee The Correct Operation Of The Entire Set And All Its Components. To Sum Up, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Dividing This Contract Into Parts, As Such A Division Could Result In Restriction Of Competition, Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Costs Of Contract Execution, Or The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Have An Adverse Effect On The Proper Performance Of The Contract. First Of All, However, The Possible Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase The Involvement Of Contractors From The Sme Sector, Nor Would It Increase Competitiveness In The Procedure, While The Size And Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Fact Dedicated To Contractors From The Sme Sector And Waiving It Should Contribute To Increasing Competitiveness Between Contractors. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage: 1) Concluding A Framework Agreement; 2) Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law; 3) The Contractor Conducts An On-Site Visit Or Checks The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law; 4) Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer And Using An Electronic Auction; 5) Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Po
