The Intensive Care Unit Currently Has 8 Beds; An Expansion To 12 Beds Is Planned. The Solution Is Operated As An On-Premise System And Is Used For Digital Documentation And Optimization Of Clinical Processes In Intensive Care. Coverage Of Anesthesia Is Not Part Of The Tender. The Pdms Must Be Integrated Into The Clinics Existing It And Medical Technology Landscape. What Is Expected Is A User-Friendly, Powerful And Fail-Safe Solution That Ensures Seamless Recording, Evaluation And Presentation Of Medical Data And Enables Improved Quality Of Care And More Economical Processes. The Client Operates Medlinq In Anesthesia And Expects The Pdms To Be Seamlessly Connected To The Hospital Information System (His) Medico And Advanova Vmobil. In Particular, Fhir Interfaces Must Be Implemented For Cross-System Interoperability. Particular Emphasis Is Placed On Interoperability, Automated Data Processing And Support For Quality Assurance And Clinical Decision-Making. The System Must Be Flexibly Adaptable To The Specific Processes And Requirements Of The Clinic. The Planned Minimum Contract Term Is 3 Years. After The Minimum Term Has Expired, The Contract Is Automatically Extended Up To Three Times For A Further Year Each Time, Unless The Contract Is Terminated By One Of The Parties In Due Time. The Maximum Term Of The Contract Is Therefore Six Years.
