The Contractor Ensures: 1) On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Train Future Users Free Of Charge In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered New Specialized Funeral Vehicle And The Bodywork Of This Vehicle. 2) The Contractor Guarantees That The Subject Of The Lease (A New Specialized Funeral Vehicle With Funeral Equipment, Which Is The Subject Of The Order) Is Free From Quality Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Specifying The Service Conditions, Operating Instructions, Technical Inspection, Warranty Documents, Registration Certificate, Approval Documents And Ce Certificate Of Conformity. 3.
