The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of Subscription Extensions (Management Packs, Adapters And Add-Ons) For A Period Of 24 Months For The Vcf Operations (Vmware Aria Operations) And Vcf Operations For Logs (Vmware Aria Operations For Logs) Platforms Owned By The Ordering Party, Covered By The Vmware Vsphere Foundation Subscription, Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Software); 2) Implementation Of The Software In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Implementation); 3) Providing 24-Month Technical Support Of The Software Manufacturer Assigned To The Subscription (Hereinafter Referred To As Manufacturers Support) And Providing Technical Support To The Contractor On The Terms Specified In § 7 (Hereinafter Referred To As Contractors Support); 4) Provision Of Software Development Services By The Contractor Within The Total Limit Of 200 Man-Hours, In The Period From The Date Of Software Implementation To The Date Of Expiry Of The 24-Month Software Subscription (Hereinafter Software Development Services). 2.
