On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), And The Currently Applicable Executive Acts To The Above Act, And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rudnik Commune In Force During The Term Of The Contract And The Principles Set Out In The Resolution Of The Commune Council On Determining The Detailed Method And Scope Of Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste In Exchange For A Fee Paid By The Property Owner Municipal Waste Management, In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions, From Any Place From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Rudnik Commune, Including Supplying The Properties With Bags For The Collection Of Municipal Waste, Are Described In Letter B (Opz) Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of All Municipal Waste Transferred To The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - (Hereinafter Abbreviated As Pszok) In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rudnik Commune. Individual Fractions Of Waste To Be Collected From Pszok Are Described In Letter D (Opz), Annex No. 1 To Swz. 3) Conducting An Educational Campaign In 2 Educational Institutions In The Rudnik Commune.
