Tenders Are Invited For Defibrillator – Mixed Contract For The Supply And Installation In Public Spaces Of The City Of Madrid Of Columns/Totems Equipped With Semi-Automatic Defibrillators (Desas), And Their Comprehensive Maintenance

Defibrillator – Mixed Contract For The Supply And Installation In Public Spaces Of The City Of Madrid Of Columns/Totems Equipped With Semi-Automatic Defibrillators (Desas), And Their Comprehensive Maintenance. The Object Of This Mixed Contract Is The Supply Of 21 Columns/Totems, Equipped With Semi-Automatic Defibrillators (Desas), Their Installation In Various Public Spaces In The City Of Madrid, And Their Comprehensive Maintenance. The Contract Includes The Following Services: 1. Prototype And Approval: Proposal Of Prototype To The General Directorate Of Samur Civil Protection And Processing For Its Approval Before The Competent Bodies Of The Madrid City Council. 2. Supply And Installation: Location Of The Defibrillator Columns In The Designated Locations, Including All The Civil Works Or Anchoring Necessary For Their Correct Fixation And Operation On Public Roads. 3. Communication And Emergency System: Integration In Each Team Of The Two-Way Communication Devices Necessary To Contact Immediately And In Real Time With The 112 Emergency Service Of The Community Of Madrid. 4. Equipment And Signage: Supply Of All Consumable And Complementary Material Necessary For The Use Of Defibrillators (Patches, Batteries, Etc.) And The Placement Of Official And Approved Signage In Accordance With Regional Regulations, Specifically Decree 78/2017 Of The Community Of Madrid, Which Regulates The Use Of Defibrillators Outside The Healthcare Field. 5. Comprehensive Maintenance: Provision Of Preventive, Corrective And Technical Maintenance Service For Equipment, Ensuring Its Permanent Operability, Replacement Of Consumables Due To Expiration Or Use, And Continued Technical Assistance. Mixed Nature: This Contract Has A Mixed Nature In Accordance With Article 18 Of The Public Sector Contracts Law (Lcsp), By Merging In A Linked Manner The Benefits Of The Supply Contract And The Service Contract. Determination Of The Main Provision: In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 18.1.A) Of The Lcsp, It Is Expressly Stated That The Main Provision Of The Contract Is Supply, As It Is The One With The Highest Estimated Value. On The Other Hand, And As Also Established In Article 18 Of The Lcsp, It Must Be Taken Into Account That The Effects, Compliance And Termination Of The Contract Must Be Determined In Accordance With Article 122.2 Of Said Legal Text. For These Purposes, Since The Supply Is The Main Provision, The Preparation And Award Of This Mixed Contract Will Be Governed By The Rules Applicable To Supply Contracts. However, For Its Execution And Termination, The Specific Rules Of Its Respective Nature (Supplies And Services, Respectively) Contained In The Lcsp And In The Documents That Govern The Contract Will Be Applied To Each Of The Services.
