The Purpose Of This Operation Is The Design And Construction Of The Works Necessary To Bring The Sanitation System Of The City Of Nangis Into Compliance, In Accordance With The Guidelines Established By The Project Owner Following Preliminary Studies And The Decisions Of The Steering Committee. It Is A Continuation Of The Sanitation Master Plan And The Project Management Assistance Mission Which Made It Possible To Identify Malfunctions In The Wastewater Collection And Treatment System, Analyze Their Causes And Define The Most Appropriate Technical Solutions. The Operation Mainly Aims To Sustainably Improve The Hydraulic Operation Of The Treatment Plant Head In Order To Limit Spills Into The Natural Environment, Restore Operation In Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Improve The Operating Conditions Of The Works. The Work Should Also Contribute To Strengthening The Resilience Of The Sanitation System In The Face Of Rainy Episodes, While Being Part Of An Overall Strategy To Improve Municipal Assets.
