The Subject Of The Order Are Studies To Be Performed Under The Order Titled: Development Of Steś Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion Of National Road No. 44 On The Section Oświęcim - Zaborze - Oświęcim (Preparatory Process), From Km Approx. 56+600 To Km Approx. 58+500, Including Obtaining The Decision On Environmental Conditions (Dśu). The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Wake Of The Existing National Road No. 44 With A Possible Sectional New The Route, E.G. From The Intersection Of Dk44 With Ul. Porębska To The New Connection To Ul. Fabryczna. The Design Documentation Should Include The Following: Analysis Of The Rebuilt Section And The Design Connection. The Contractor Should Analyze The Possibility Of Expanding It To 2X2, Which Should Be Confirmed By The Necessary Calculations. Research, Calculations And Expert Opinions, (B) Preliminary Determination Of The Material And Financial Scope Of The Project And Determination Of Its Effectiveness, (C) Preparation Of An Analysis And Traffic Forecast. The Contractor Will Apply To The Department Of Strategy And Studies At The Gddkia Headquarters For Input Data And Guidelines For The Implementation Of Aipr, (D) Preparation Of A Map For The Development Of Steś (E) Development Of Variants Of The Reconstruction (Possibly) Of Road Expansion And Determination Of The Types And Basic Technical Parameters Of Building Structures, (F) Preparation Of A Geotechnical Research Program For Sgi (G) Identification Of Geological Conditions – Preparation Of A Geological And Engineering Study, (H) Preparation And Approval Of The Design Of Geological Works And Hydrogeological Documentation, (I) Carrying Out Natural Observations And/Or Nature Inventory, (J) Performing Environmental Analyses, (K) Specifying The Material And Financial Scope Consisting In Establishing Detailed Geometric Solutions Of Roads, Road Structures Of Engineering Structures, Field Boundaries Of The Investment Task And The Bill Of Quantities Of Works And Their Cost Estimate For The Key Elements Of The Project For The Designed Variants, (L) Preparation Of The Brd Opinion, Preparation Of Materials For The Brd Audit And Materials Taking Into Account The Results Of The Brd Audit, (M) Performing A Multi-Criteria Analysis Enabling The Ordering Party To Select The Most Advantageous Technical Variants For Further Implementation, The Contractor Will Agree On The Criteria And Weights With The Ordering Party (N) Providing Information For Making A Preliminary Investor Decision On The Selection Of The Variant Preferred By The Contractor, As Well As The Purposefulness, Scope And Time Horizon Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task, (O) Participation In The Zopi Meeting, Preparing Materials For Submitting The Dśu Application For The Preferred Variant Selected At The Zopi Meeting, (P) Obtaining A Dśu. The Above Scope Is The Basic Scope. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option In The Optional Scope, I.E. To The Extent That May Be Ordered
