The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Maintenance And Care Of City Park Areas And The Maintenance Of Sidewalks Adjacent To Them, Including: - Cleaning Of Entrusted Green Areas, Maintaining Cleanliness Of Sidewalks And Alleys Located Within Green Areas And Waste Removal, - Mowing Grass With And Without Mowing, - Leaf Removal,  Maintenance Works Within The Woodlot, Such As Sanitary And Corrective Cuts,  Removal Of Deadwood, Pruning Of Crowns, Removal Of Trees, Removal Of Windfalls,  Cutting Of Ornamental Shrubs, Their Care, Cuts Forming Hedges,  Weeding Of Plantings Of Shrubs, Perennials And Annual Flowering Bedding Plants,  Planting Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Annual Flowering Bedding Plants,  Prevention And Control Of Plant Diseases And Pests,  Replenishing The Surface Of The Dog Park,  Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Fountains Located In Parks Outside The Season Of Their Operation,  Maintaining The Greenery Around The Gazebo And The Fountain And On The Gazebo In The Youth Park,  Maintaining The Cleanliness And Order Of The Gazebo In The Youth Park, 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject The Order Together With The List Of Areas Is Included In (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Service. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Period Of: • 3 Months For Planted Annual Flowering Bedding Plants, • 12 Months For Planted Perennials, • 36 Months For Planted Trees And Shrubs. 6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Water The Planted Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Annual Bedding Plants With The Frequency Of Watering Depending On The Prevailing Weather Conditions, Ensuring Humidity And Preventing Drying Out. 7. If, During The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Planted Plants, It Is Found That They Are Not Viable, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replant Them Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party. 8. The Warranty Does Not Cover Loss Of Plant Life Caused By Acts Of Vandalism Or Mechanical Damage Caused By Motor Vehicles. Vi. Order Completion Date 1. Order Completion Date: From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 2. The Ordering Party, In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of Maintenance And Care Of City Park Areas And The Maintenance Of Adjacent Sidewalks, As The City Of Świdnicas Own Tasks, Envisages The Commencement Of The Order Implementation Period From January 1, 2027, I.E. After The End Of The Currently Applicable Contract.
