Engineering Support Services – Assistance To Project Management In Terms Of Urban Planning Favorable To Health As Part Of The European Life Adaptest Program. The Purpose Of The Planned Consultation Is To Provide Project Management Assistance (Amo) In Health-Friendly Urban Planning (Ufs) Within The Framework Of The European Life Adaptest Program. The Grand Est Region, A Driving Force In The Ecological Transition And The Protection Of Populations In The Face Of Climate Change, Carries The Life Adaptest Program. This Project Aims, By 2035, To Increase The Resilience Of The Grand Est To Growing Climate Risks (Lack Of Water, Heat Waves, Exceptional Precipitation, Etc.) In Areas Such As Town Planning, Agriculture, Forestry, Buildings, Transport, Infrastructure, The Vosges Massif, High Schools, Water, Health, Etc. It Will Make It Possible To Strengthen And Continue The Regional Roadmap For Accelerating Adaptation To Climate Change Adopted In 2023. This Project Management Assistance Mission Specializes In Health-Friendly Urban Planning, As Part Of The Life Adaptest Program, With The (Financial) Support Of The European Union And The Grand Est Regional Health Agency, Aims To Support 10 Territories Over 2 Years, Or 5 Per Year. The Supported Territories Will Be Selected By The Grand Est Region And Will Concern Development And Planning Projects. As Part Of The Execution Of The Services, Proposals For A Consultation Strategy, A Health-Environment Diagnosis Of The Territories And A Method Of Supporting The Maturation Of The Project By Territory Are Expected In Order To Integrate Into The Projects The Issues Identified In The Health-Environment Diagnosis. A Multithematic And Global Approach Is Expected To Allow The Project To Have An Architectural And Landscape, Urban And Environmental Health Dimension. Services Can Take Place Throughout The Regional Territory For Projects Carried Out By Municipalities And Their Intermunicipalities, Through Territorial Coherence Schemes (Scot), Countries And Territorial And Rural Balance Centers (Petr). The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Of 345,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract.
