Electricity – Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Nowodworski Sports And Recreation Center In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki In The Years 2027–2029. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The Nowodworski Sports And Recreation Center In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And The Implementing Acts To This Act. 2. The Order Does Not Include The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Ordering Party Has Separate Agreements For The Provision Of Distribution Services Concluded With The Relevant Distribution System Operators (Dso) And Does Not Envisage Concluding A Comprehensive Agreement. 3. Electricity Will Be Used For The Ordering Partys Own Needs. The Ordering Party Does Not Resell Electricity And Does Not Have The Status Of An Industrial Recipient Within The Meaning Of The Regulations On Renewable Energy Sources. 4. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
