Construction Work For Sports Facilities – Reconstruction Of The Athletics Stadium At Ul. Sulechowska In Zielona Góra. 1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Investment Referred To In Point 3.1. Swz Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Therefore The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Pre-Design Works, Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits; 2) Organizing The Construction Site, Providing All Services And Deliveries, Performing Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Handing Over The Facility For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Use, The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Agreement And Applicable Regulations. 2. The Athletics Stadium Is To Be A Facility That Meets The Requirements Set By The Polish Athletics Association For Category Iii Facilities. After The Implementation Of The Investment Project, The Facility Is To Have A Pzla Certificate (Currently The Facility Does Not Have A Pzla Certificate). A Football Pitch With A Natural Surface Located Inside The Stadium (Main Arena) Is To Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Football Association For Second League Clubs With The Elements Indicated In This Fup Required By The Polish Football Association Regulations For First League Clubs; The Facility Is To Have A Pzpn License For The 2Nd League (Currently The Facility Has A License To Play 3Rd League Matches). It Was Assumed That The Elements Of The Football Pitch Infrastructure Indicated In The Ffu Could Be Adapted (In An Independent Investment Task) To The Requirements Specified By The Polish Football Association Regulations For First League Clubs. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Meet All Requirements That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Make Such Adjustments, Without The Need To Subsequently Demolish, Dismantle Or Rebuild The Stadiums Buildings - This Scope Will Be Subject To Special Verification By The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.2 ​​To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Together With The Annexes Included In Annex I.5 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That Funding For This Task Has Been Granted From The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism Under The Investment Program Of Particular Importance For Sports - 2025 Edition.
