Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Piątnica Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste (Including Hazardous Waste) From Property Owners And Bus Stops In The Piątnica Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulations, Wpgo, U.U.C.P.G. And The Waste Act. The Scope Of The Order Applies To All Residential Properties Located In The Piątnica Commune And Public Places Where, In Accordance With The U.C.P.G. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Maintain Cleanliness And Order (I.E. Real Estate Owned By The Piątnica Commune - Transport Stops). The List Of Addresses Of The Properties From Which Waste Will Be Collected (Including Properties Where Bio-Waste Is Composted In Home Composters) Will Be Provided By The Piątnica Commune To The Contractor Who Will Be Awarded The Order, No Later Than One Business Day After Signing The Contract. The Number Of Inhabited Properties From Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected May Change During The Execution Of The Order. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Information Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Agreement, In Particular Regarding Changes In The Number And Location Of Residential Properties Subject To The Obligation To Collect Waste. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Execute The Order Taking Into Account The Above Changes Within The Offered Contract Execution Amount.
