This Mönkijät C 2026 (0072012) Framework Arrangement Applies To All-Terrain Vehicles And Related Services As Follows: The Scope Of Procurement Includes The Following Products: • All-Terrain Vehicles (More Than 800 Cm3 4X4 And 6X6, As Well As Electric All-Terrain Vehicles) And Their Spare Parts And Equipment The Scope Of Procurement Includes The Following Services: • Services Prior To The Delivery Of The All-Terrain Vehicle • Documentation Services • Commissioning Training Services • All-Terrain Vehicles Services Related To Delivery • Additional Documentation Services • Atv Maintenance, Repair And Equipment Services • Delivery Of Testing Equipment (Voluntary Service) The Procurement Object Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendix Procurement Object. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. Hansel Oy Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Framework Agreement With An Option Period Of A Maximum Of Two (2) Years Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. See Also Paragraph 6 Of The Framework Agreement In Annex A Of The Request For Tenders. Procurement Agreements Can Be Valid For One (1) Year After The End Of The Framework Agreement. Scope Of The Framework Arrangement The Estimated Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 5,000,000 To 6,600,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Including The Option Period. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 6,600,000 (Vat 0%). Determining The Euro Value Of Procurements Is Partly Made Difficult By The Fact That The Funds Initially Allocated For The Procurements Of Customers Who Have Joined The Framework Arrangement May Undergo Unforeseen Changes Beyond The Customers Control During The Framework Contract Period. The Figures Are Based On The Information Provided By The Joined Customers About The Use Of The Framework Arrangement.
