The Subject Of The Order Includes The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of Types And Quantities Of Furniture And Equipment, With Specified Specifications. Volume Of The Order - According To The Quantities For Each Item Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Order (Appendix No. 1). Quality Requirements: 1) The Delivered Goods Must Be New And Unused 2) The Delivered Goods Must Not Have Obvious Or Hidden Defects 3) The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Technical Parameters Of This Technical Specification And All Quality And Safety Standards. 4) The Delivery Is Carried Out After A Letter Of Assignment From The Employer To The Contractor Within A Period Specified In The Performance Contract. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Delivery And Installation Of The Goods.
