The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Concession Procedure Are Services (Concessions) Ensuring The Safe And Smooth Operation Of The Water Management Assets Of The Contracting Authority, The Town Of Kostelec Nad Černými Lesy, In The Period From 1.1.2028 To 31.12.2037, In Accordance With National Legal Regulations, In Particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, In Wording Of Later Regulations. The Operation Of Water Management Assets, I.E. Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use, Will Be Ensured In A Divisional Operating Model Based On A Concession Contract Concluded With The Selected Supplier In This Concession Procedure.
