The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Provide Upkeep And Maintenance Services For Eu And/Or Ep Lifting Stations, Hydrocarbon Separators, And Boosters On The Assets Of The Les Résidences Group. The Services Will Be Carried Out On The Entire Assets Of The Buyers Distributed In The Departments Of Yvelines (78) And Essonne (91). This Consultation Took The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2 And R. 2124-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 And R. 2113-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Buyer Has Chosen Not To Allocate. The Distribution In Separate Lots Risks Making It Technically Difficult Or Financially More Costly To Carry Out The Services, The Subject Of This Contract. This Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Public Service Contract Treated At Mixed Prices. Mainly, The Contract Is Treated At A Global And Fixed Price. On An Ancillary Basis, The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2162-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 200,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract.
