The Order Includes: 1. Manufacturing And Installation Of A New Single-Leaf Sliding Steel Gate Filled With Cold-Formed Steel Angles With Dimensions Of 25×25 Mm×150 Cm, Along With The Production Of The Necessary Structural Elements, Mounting The Gate (Making A Foundation Foot), Equipping It With A Running System And A Key Lock. The Gate Should Be Protected Against Corrosion By Painting With Powder Paint (Anthracite Gray), - Passage Clearance 9.0 M, Height 1.5 M, 2. Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Existing Entrance Spans To The Extent Necessary To Perform Works In Order To Straighten And Restore The Spans Correct Geometry And Alignment Over A Length Of Approximately 3.5 M, Along With Moving The Posts To The Intended Entrance. 3. Renovation Of The Fence, Including The Scope Of Works: • Protection Of The Area And Elements Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Fence Against Dirt And Damage; • Cleaning Of All Elements Of The Fence And Gate From Dirt, Dust, Cobwebs And Other Impurities; • Mechanical Removal Of Corrosion And Rust Centers From Steel Surfaces, In Particular By Brushing, Scraping, Grinding Or The Use Of Appropriate Power Tools; • Removal Of Loose, Flaking And Poorly Bonded Surfaces Old Paint Coatings; • Degreasing And Dust Removal Of Prepared Surfaces; In The Event Of Defects Or Damage To Steel Elements - Their Appropriate Preparation For Further Work And Reporting To The Ordering Party The Need To Perform Repairs;• Manual Priming Of Steel Surfaces With An Anti-Corrosion Preparation Appropriate To The Type Of Substrate And Topcoat Used;• Manual Two-Time Topcoat Painting Of The Fence With Paint Intended For Protecting Structures And Steel Elements Located Outside (Anthracite Gray Color);• Applying At Least Two Layers Of Topcoat, Unless The Manufacturer Of The Painting System Used Provides For Other Technology;• Ensuring Even Coverage Of The Entire Surface, Without Streaks, Under-Painting, Bubbles, Peelings And Other Coating Defects;The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Opz And The Bid Cost Estimate Constituting Annexes To The Swz.
