Rzeszowska In Wołomin On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Błońska To The Connection With Ul. Sławkowka, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Road, Will Perform: 1) Preparatory Works Based On The Agreed And Current Temporary Traffic Organization Project, 2) Other Preparatory Works And Demolition Works, 3) Earthworks, 4) Road, 5) Sidewalks, 6) Exits, 7) Hardened Roadside, 8) Introduction Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization, Including Updating Of These Projects, 9) Green Area With Cutting Down The Conflicting Greenery And Preserving And Caring For The Existing Trees And Other Greenery,10) Drainage (Rainwater Sewage System With Drains And Street Inlets),11) Reconstruction Of The Cable Connection And Low-Voltage Cable Connector, Including Dismantling Works (Removing The Interference),12) Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network,13) Road Lighting, Including Disassembly Works,14) Will Connect The Designed Infrastructure Road With The Existing Neighboring Road Infrastructure,15) New Horizontal And Vertical Markings According To The Current And Approved Permanent Traffic Organization Design,16) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies And Transfer To The Ordering Party, As Part Of The Remuneration Received, The Proprietary Copyrights And The Rights To Exercise Derivative Rights Without Time And Territorial Limits To The As-Built Documentation And Other Works Created In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Necessary To Complete The Works And Obtain An Occupancy Permit Object.
