Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Renovation Of A Section Of Kopalniana Street In Polkowice, Including Obtaining The Right To Carry Out The Works, A Task Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Renovation Of Kopalniana Street Towards Industrial Plants. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design/Cost Estimate Documentation Covering The Comprehensive Renovation Of The Surfaces Of Two Sections Of The Municipal Section Of Ul. Kopalniana, Which Is An Access Road To Industrial Plants In Polkowice. Due To The Technical Conditions And The Varied Condition Of The Accompanying Infrastructure, The Order Covers The Two Indicated Extreme Sections Of The Road. Kopalniana With A Total Length Of Approx. 650 M. The Sections On Which The Ordering Party Intends To Carry Out Renovation Procedures Are Located On Municipal Plots No. 109, 110, 198/2, District Iv, 203/6 District Ii, Polkowice Commune. Intermediate Section Of Ul. Kopalniana, Which Connects The Sections Covered By The Order, Is Excluded By The Ordering Party From This Procedure Due To The Need For Its Subsequent Reconstruction. The First Section Of The Road Covered By The Procedure, Approximately 400 M Long, Is A Direct Connection To The Plot With Registration Number 111 And Is Approximately 400.0 M Long. The Second Section Designated For Renovation Is Approximately 250.0 M Long And Ends Directly At The Mercus Plant. The Intermediate Section Not Covered By The Proceedings Is Approximately 500.0 M Long. The Division Of The Road Into Sections Covered By The Order Is Presented In Graphic Annex No. 1. The Road Renovation Documentation For The Above-Mentioned Sections Prepared Under The Contract. Sections Must Meet The Requirements Of Completeness, Compliance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Enable The Ordering Party To: 1) Obtain The Right To Carry Out The Works, 2) Prepare And Conduct Public Procurement Proceedings For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Correct And Lawful Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, 3) Ensure The Durability Of The Renovation Effects And Rationalize The Road Maintenance Costs, While Restoring The Proper Technical Condition Of The Road And The Proper Operation Of The Road Infrastructure As Well As The Safety And Comfort Of Road Traffic.
