The Scope Of Works For The Tender In Question Includes The Installation Of An External Gas Boiler With Automation And A Heat Exchanger With Connection To The Existing Heating Installation In The Boiler Room.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works Based On The Construction Design And Technical Design, Building Permit And Other Documents Attached To The Procedure.7.The Contractor Is Obliged, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To Obtain A Decision From The Office Of Technical Inspection For The Installed Boiler Within The Deadline Set For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase And Deliver The Gas Boiler On His Own.9.Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Appoint A Construction Manager With Construction Qualifications In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices Allowing For The Management Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Or Corresponding Equivalent Construction Qualifications Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Construction Authorizations To Manage Works Equivalent To Those Indicated Above. 10.
