The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Green And Blue Infrastructure As Tools For Improving The Quality Of Life In Urban Space.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, I.E.: A) Development Of The Square And Construction Of Small Architectural Objects At Plac Wolności In Szydłowiec - Annex No. 7 To The Swz, B) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8, C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 9, Note: Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To Above And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensuring Its Proper And Effective Functioning. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Clarification Before Submitting The Offer. As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular When These Works Are Provided For In Any Of The Tender Documents Or Their Execution Results From The Adopted Technology Or For Other Reasons Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Just As The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor When Valuing The Subject Of The Order, The Offer Cost Estimate Will Serve As Information For The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Examining And Assessing The Submitted Offers.
