The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works, Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 21 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, Hereinafter Referred To As Pzp, Consisting In The Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Akademicka - Gamesowa (Task 1) And Andersa - Wyzwolenia (Task 2) Streets In Bydgoszcz In Order To Improve The Safety Of Road Users.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes, Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications (Stwiorb) - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 2) Template Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz, Dp And Sst) Was Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Referred To In Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And Meets The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Architectural Accessibility Specified In Art. 4 And Art. 6 Point 1 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With These Requirements.4. Apart From The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Pzp.
