The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Food Products In 2027 To The Recipients: - Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 Bajka, Ul. 1 Maja 12, 78-200 Białogard, - Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 Słoneczne, Ul. Chopina 4A, 78-200 Białogard.2. Order Completion Date: From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Exhausted (Depending On Which Event Occurs First). 3. Estimated Quantities Of Individual Food Products Are Specified In Annex No. 1 (Assortment And Price Forms) To The Offer Form. If The Swz Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Equivalent Products, Provided That The Offered Food Products Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In This Chapter And The Assortment And Price Forms. A Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Products Is Obliged To Demonstrate Their Equivalence. For This Purpose, It Submits The Relevant Evidence Together With The Offer, In Particular Product Cards Or Other Documents Containing Information Individualizing The Offered Equivalent Products, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6, Art. 106 Section 1 And Art. 107 Section 1 Pzp. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Measures Are Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Submission Or Completion Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Pzp, Subject To Art. 107 Section 3 Pzp.4. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Recipient. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively - According To The Recipients Needs On Business Days From Monday To Friday, From The 1St Day Of Placing The Order. Working Days Should Be Understood As Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays. Food Products Must Be Delivered In A Vehicle Owned By The Contractor (Any Legal Title), Meeting Sanitary Or Veterinary Requirements Appropriate To The Type Of Food Delivered, In Unit Packages Described In The Assortment And Price Form. 5. The Food Items Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments. 6. Moreover, All Products Must Also Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 197, As Amended).
