1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Stage Equipment. Stage Lighting And Sets Of Instrumental Microphones And Accessories Must Be Brand New, Unused, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel For The European Union Market. The Sets Offered Must Be Mass-Produced Products From One Manufacturer, Made Entirely In The Production Process Of That Manufacturer. 2. The Material Scope Of The Task Being The Subject Of The Procedure Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 8) And Swz.3. Cpv Code: 31527260-6, 32341000-5.4. Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users And Meet The Requirements Contained In Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.5. The Contractor Will Use Materials With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties No Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Partys Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Covered By A 12-Month Warranty Period And A Minimum 12-Month Warranty Period. If The Warranty Period Is Extended, The Warranty Period Is Also Extended. 2 Service Inspections Per Year Are Required During The Warranty Period.7.
