The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Partial Renovation Of The District Road No. 1314O On The Bąków-Jamy Section, Including In Particular Preparatory Works, Bituminous Works, Roadside Profiling And Road Traffic Safety Elements Divided Into Obligatory And Optional Scope Of Construction Works Due To The Anticipated Option Right. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Business Activities For The Duration Of The Contract. Identical To The Scope Of The Construction Work Entrusted To Be Performed And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Remuneration Specified In The Contract, Valid In The Period From The Date Of Commencement To The Date Of Completion Of The Works. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Developing And Obtaining Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws 2017.784, I.E.), Execution And Maintenance Of Appropriate Marking During The Execution Of Works, Organization Of The Work Site, Carrying Out All Activities, Works And Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulations. The Contractor Should Also Bear In Mind The Possible Ordering Of Additional Amounts Of Works Under The Right Of Option In The Assortment Identical To The Guaranteed Order. The Unit Prices Of The Assortments Of Works Included In The Bid Cost Estimate For A Guaranteed Order Will Be The Same As For An Optional Order. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Have The Following Person At Its Disposal: Works Manager With Unlimited Construction Qualifications To Perform An Independent Function Of Managing Construction Works In The Road Engineering Specialty, Confirmed By The Relevant Decisions Referred To In Art. 12 Section 2 (Taking Into Account Article 104) Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law.
