1. This Order Concerns The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2735L In The Zakrzówek Commune On A 2.923 Km Long Section. Located From Km 4+159.00 To Km 7+082 In The Following Towns: Karpiówka, Sulów, Góry.2. Determining The Scope Of The Order/Basic Elements Of The Works: Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Surfaces, Drainage, Framing, Information Activities, Signage And Traffic Safety Devices, Accompanying And Finishing Works. The Exact Quantities Of Works To Be Performed Under This Order Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Bid Cost Estimate Attached To The Swz (Appendix No. 2). Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Section Of The Above-Mentioned. The District Road Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technology And Description In The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. Rules For Conducting And Accepting Construction Works Related To The Above-Mentioned. Reconstructions Are Determined By Detailed Technical Specifications Attached To The Swz Appropriate For A Given Construction Work. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: - Technical Documentation, - Designs Of Permanent Traffic Organization, - Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Design Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Order Will Be Implemented Meets The Requirements In Terms Of Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Based On Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Along With The Implementing Regulations, In Particular: Regulations Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022. On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518), Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889, As Amended), By The Contractor With Appropriate Experience And Performance Potential, As Specified In The Swz, And By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience. 6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order.
