The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Planned Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction, Extension, Superstructure And Addition Of The Building At Ul. Jagiellońska 23 In Warsaw And Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Temporary Container Facilities. The Ordering Party Divides The Subject Of The Agreement Into Two Parts: A) Basic (Guaranteed) Scope: Preparation Of Documentation, B) Optional Scope (Option Right): Exercise Of Authors Supervision. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Together With Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E. Designed Provisions Of The Contract Consisting Of The Detailed Conditions Of The Contract, Called Wsu And General In The Order Documents Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement For Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Referred To As Owup In The Order Documents (Appendix No. 1 To The Wsu) - Together With Annexes, I.E., Among Others: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Contract And Standard Of Building Finishing - Annex No. 6 To The Contract - Constituting Jointly The Draft Contract Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Conceptual Design - Annex No. 8 To The Swz Consisting Of The Concept - Variant 1, Concept - Variant 2, Opinion/Technical Construction Expertise, Technical Expertise And Inventory And Opinion Geotechnical.
