All Selected Solutions Must Use Materials And Construction Products As Well As Devices With Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Comply With Applicable Standards. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Systematically Check The Progress Of Investment Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Information Regarding The Devices, Equipment And Materials Accepted For The Offer, Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Devices In Relation To Those Proposed In The Project. The Ordering Party Will Decide Whether The Device Is Equivalent At The Stage Of Evaluating The Submitted Offers. • Using The Device Without Confirming Its Origin Is Unacceptable.
