Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Multi-Purpose Tractor With A Power Of 95-105 Hp Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025 - 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Multi-Purpose Tractor 95-105 Hp, Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Along With Its Installation, Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff And Periodic Inspections During The Warranty Period.2.The Subject Of The Agreement Should Be Delivered To The Following Address: Ul. Cieślaka 6C, 78-400 Szczecinek (Registered Office Of Pgk Sp. Z O. O.). The Equipment Is Delivered At The Contractors Expense And Risk.3.In Addition To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In The Field Of Operation (Theoretical And Practical) At The Time Of Receipt Of The Device, Lasting From 3 To 6 Hours, For 5 People, Confirmed In The Acceptance Protocol.4.The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Min. 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.5.The Contractor, As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Is Also Obliged To Perform Inspections And Maintenance Of The Equipment During The Warranty Period In Accordance With Its Specifications And Manufacturers Recommendations, With A Frequency Not Less Frequent Than Recommended By The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide All Consumables Needed To Perform Inspections And Maintenance. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Described Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. In The Case Indication Of The Names Of Manufacturers, Models, Types Of Devices, Trademarks Or Other Markings Identifying A Specific Solution, These Indications Specify The Required Technical, Functional And Quality Standard. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That They Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz, Ensure Compatibility With The Ordering Partys System And Do Not Reduce The Functionality, Safety Or Reliability Of The System.9. The Contractor Who Used Equivalent Or Better Solutions Is Obliged To Indicate Them In His Offer And Demonstrate Equivalence Or Superiority. In Relation To The Solutions Described In Opz.10. The Burden Of Proof To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions With The Solutions Described By Indicating An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Rests With The Contractor.
