The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Brand New Sets Of Battery-Powered Hydraulic Rescue Tools, Intended For Carrying Out Rescue Operations, In Particular For Freeing Injured People. One Set Includes Hydraulic Shears, Arm Spreader, Column Spreader, Batteries, Charger And Necessary Additional Equipment. The Equipment Must Meet The Required Standards And Have The Required Approval Certificates, As Well As Be Covered By A Minimum 24-Month Warranty. A Detailed Description Is Provided In Annex 5 To The Swz. The Project Is Co-Financed With Funds From The State Budget Implemented Within The Scope Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program). If An Approval Certificate Is Required For It, The Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended). The Contractor Will Deliver The Devices To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And, During Acceptance, Will Issue: - Service Protocols And Warranty Cards For Each Device In Polish. On The Day Of Acceptance, The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Use Of Devices.
